Our club is Springfield ARC part of SEFTA. Springfield is located off the A414 near Ongar in Essex 10 minutes from the M11. We cater for all, FT , HFT and general airgun shooting.
We are open 7 days a week from dawn to dusk, 365 days a year (with a few exceptions for maintenance and competition days).
The club exists to encourage shooters of all ages and abilities, competitive and non-competitive as well as the safe use of airguns.
We have a large covered plinking / zeroing range with targets set from 8 yards to 55 yards.
We also have a full 40 target FT course and a 30 target HFT course for members and guests to practice on.
Club membership abilities range from novice to ex-world champions, regardless of your abilities you will be guaranteed a friendly welcome.
We are part of SEFTA (South Eastern Field Target Association) and as well as participating the Winter league run a number of FT competitions through the year.
We also hold a HFT competition on the 2nd Saturday of every month to UKAHFT rules.
For anyone interested in either FT or HFT please talk to one of the members, we would be happy to help anyone get started in these sports.
We hold a work-party on the first Saturday of every month where most pitch in to maintain the course and club grounds.
